當你註冊、登入或使用 Packster（「本平台」），即表示你已閱讀、明白並同意受本協議約束。若你不同意，請勿使用本平台。
本平台僅提供用戶發布代購需求、瀏覽需求、私訊溝通及記錄交易進度的技術服務。本平台並非買賣任何一方，不擁有、不運送、不驗證、不保證任何商品或服務，亦不代表任何用戶行事。
委託人與代購方須自行核實對方身份、商品真偽、價格、數量、交收時間地點及付款方式。所有線下付款、面交、跨境購買及海關稅費風險，均由雙方自行承擔。你不得利用本平台從事詐騙、洗黑錢、售賣違禁品或未經許可物品等違法行為。
除非本平台日後另行明示啟用並公布條款，否則本平台不提供托管、擔保或代收款服務。用戶之間的 FPS、PayMe、現金或其他線下／第三方付款，均屬用戶之間的直接交易，本平台不參與資金劃轉，亦不對款項是否收到、是否退還負責。
你對你發布的 listing、訊息、圖片及個人資料負責，並須確保內容真實、合法、不侵犯他人權利。本平台有權（但無義務）刪除違規內容、暫停或終止帳號，而無須事先通知。
我們會按需要收集及使用你的電郵、顯示名稱、頭像、手機（如你提供）、訊息及交易相關資料，以提供服務、安全及支援。詳情請參閱本平台公布的私隱政策。你同意其他用戶在交易過程中可見你的公開資料（例如顯示名稱、頭像）。
在法律允許的最大範圍內，本平台按「現狀」提供服務，不作任何明示或暗示保證，包括但不限於：服務不中斷、資料準確、交易成功或適合特定用途。對於因使用或無法使用本平台、用戶之間爭議、商品瑕疵、延誤、資料外洩（非因本平台故意或重大過失）等所引致的任何直接、間接、附帶或懲罰性損失，本平台及其營運者不承擔責任。
用戶之間的爭議應自行協商或循適當法律途徑解決。你同意先聯絡本平台支援尋求協助，但本平台無義務介入或作出裁決。
你須年滿 12 歲，或在監護人同意及監督下使用本平台。
本平台可隨時更新本協議；重要變更將於 App 內或網站公布。繼續使用即視為接受修訂後的條款。
本協議受香港特別行政區法律管轄。如你所在地法律另有強制規定，以該強制規定為準。
電郵地址、密碼（由認證服務加密處理）、顯示名稱、頭像、手機號碼（選填）、你發布的代購需求、私訊內容、付款狀態記錄及裝置使用相關日誌。
提供帳號與登入、listing 與聊天、交易進度、客戶支援、防止濫用及改善服務。可於你同意下發送服務相關電郵通知。
其他用戶可見你的公開 profile（顯示名稱、頭像）；交易對方可於對話及 listing 流程中見到與交易相關資料。我們使用 Supabase 等雲端服務託管資料。
你可於 App 內更新個人資料，或聯絡我們要求查閱、更正或刪除帳號及相關資料，惟法律要求保留的記錄除外。
資料於提供服務所需期間內保留；帳號刪除後，我們將於合理時間內刪除或匿名化資料。
By registering for, signing in to, or using Packster (the “Platform”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
The Platform provides technical services only: posting shopping requests, browsing requests, private messaging, and recording transaction progress. The Platform is not a buyer or seller, does not own, ship, inspect, or guarantee any goods or services, and does not act on behalf of any user.
Requesters and shoppers must verify each other’s identity, authenticity of goods, price, quantity, handover time and place, and payment method. All risks related to offline payment, in-person handover, cross-border purchases, and customs duties are borne by the parties. You must not use the Platform for fraud, money laundering, sale of prohibited items, or other illegal activity.
Unless the Platform later expressly enables and publishes separate terms, the Platform does not provide escrow, guarantee, or payment-collection services. FPS, PayMe, cash, or other offline or third-party payments between users are direct transactions between users. The Platform is not involved in transferring funds and is not responsible for whether payment is received or refunded.
You are responsible for your listings, messages, images, and personal data, and must ensure content is truthful, lawful, and does not infringe others’ rights. The Platform may (but is not obliged to) remove violating content or suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice.
We collect and use your email, display name, avatar, phone number (if provided), messages, and transaction-related data as needed to provide, secure, and support the service. See the privacy policy published on the Platform for details. You agree that other users may see your public profile information (e.g. display name, avatar) during transactions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to uninterrupted service, accuracy of data, successful transactions, or fitness for a particular purpose. The Platform and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive loss arising from use or inability to use the Platform, disputes between users, defective goods, delays, or data breaches (except where caused by the Platform’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence).
Disputes between users should be resolved by negotiation or appropriate legal channels. You agree to contact Platform support first for assistance; the Platform is not obliged to intervene or decide disputes.
You must be at least 12 years old, or use the Platform with a guardian’s consent and supervision.
The Platform may update this agreement at any time; material changes will be announced in the App or on the website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Where mandatory local law applies, that mandatory law prevails.
Email address, password (encrypted by the authentication service), display name, avatar, phone number (optional), shopping requests you post, private message content, payment status records, and device-related usage logs.
Account and sign-in, listings and chat, transaction progress, customer support, abuse prevention, and service improvement. Service-related email notifications may be sent with your consent.
Other users can see your public profile (display name, avatar); transaction counterparts may see transaction-related data in chat and listing flows. We use cloud services such as Supabase to host data.
You may update personal data in the App, or contact us to access, correct, or delete your account and related data, except records we must retain by law.
Data is kept for as long as needed to provide the service; after account deletion, we delete or anonymize data within a reasonable time.
